The American Health Lawyers Association is the nation’s largest, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) educational organization devoted to legal issues in the health care field with nearly 14,000 members. Our 2017 In-House Counsel Program will be held on June 25, 2017 and we are looking for speakers.

Please keep in mind the following information:

1. Different perspectives matter. Great topics often include speakers from different backgrounds – private attorneys, in-house counsel, government, consumers, providers, senior and junior – pairing up to present different views on the submitted topic.
2. One session cannot have two speakers from the same firm/organization.
3. AHLA and the program planning committees value and seek diverse and inclusive participation within the Association and share a commitment to having speakers represent a broad cross-section of gender, race, ethnicity, creed, age, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, national origin, and disability.
4. Suggest a very advanced or masters level topic. Most sessions submitted hit the “intermediate” level of audience knowledge. We’d like to include some very advanced topics submitted by qualified speakers
