This event is the largest training forum for our membership focusing on core educational and leadership opportunities for both the new and experienced PTA leader. Georgia PTA Convention Leadership Training is attended by over 1,000 PTA leaders from across the state—leaders, who engage their communities, connect with their school boards and elected officials, and motivate members to work on behalf of all children. Georgia PTA is looking to build a program of workshops that feature training for officer positions, leadership skills, as well as priority programming areas such as family engagement, health & wellness, advocacy, diversity & inclusion, membership, and Reflections.
We encourage all presenters to develop and submit original, creative, thought-provoking workshop topics that will be of value to PTA leaders of all levels. Each workshop application submitted will be considered but is not guaranteed. Presenters contribute their services in a volunteer capacity. Georgia PTA will not pay outside presenters or reimburse travel expenses.
