We do this through a myriad of educational opportunities throughout the year as well as our annual conference on philanthropy. Our intended impact is that all YMCAs embrace a culture of giving to develop and sustain abundant resources to meet their community needs.

Our goal is to have our educational efforts align with the goals of our Philanthropy Alliance members: Y-USA, Y-Canada, Y-Mexico and YMCA North American Network. Members of the NAYDO Council Impact Committee have identified topics in each educational track for priority consideration at each year’s conference.
