The National Down Syndrome Congress (NDSC) is a membership-sustained not-for-profit organization dedicated to an improved world for individuals with Down syndrome. Founded in 1973, we are the leading national resource of support and information for anyone touched by or seeking to learn about Down syndrome, from the moment of a prenatal diagnosis through adulthood.
The purpose of the NDSC is to promote the interests of people with Down syndrome and their families through advocacy, public awareness, and information. When we empower individuals and families from all demographic backgrounds, we reshape the way people understand and experience Down syndrome.
The 2020 NDSC Annual Convention will take place June 25-28 at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, LA.
The NDSC Convention is the largest event of its kind attracting more than 3,500 participants worldwide. Workshops will take place Friday, June 26, Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28. Only speakers who are available to present on all three days should apply.
