Throughout the year, the ACVIM requests speaker session submissions for the ACVIM Forum through an online submission process. Submissions for different session types follow separate submission timelines. All interested speakers are requested to complete the online submission process. Session submissions for the ACVIM Forum should be high level, cutting-edge, new-to-the-field, technical topics that meet the education criteria of our Diplomates. We take pride in the level of education offered to our conference attendees.
The Call for Speakers online submission portal gives individuals the opportunity to submit proposals to present at the ACVIM Forum. All completed applications received through the portal, prior to the deadline, will be reviewed and given full consideration by our review committees. All applicants will be notified of the status of their submission via email in November. Upon submission, please ensure you are available to participate in the conference in Baltimore, Maryland June 11-13, 2020 and tentatively hold the dates.
