The Maryland Center for School Safety (MCSS) team is seeking members of the school safety community to help us offer the best and most pertinent school safety-related content to all those who attend our 2022 School Safety Conference. We are searching for presenters who understand our attendees’ diverse roles and the unique challenges they face daily, as well as those who can challenge their current assumptions and provide timely, fresh, interactive, leading-edge, and engaging material. Those who can share stories of real-life successes, challenges, and lessons learned are also of interest to us this year.
Speakers will have the opportunity to present content, experiences, and best practices to school safety professionals to help MCSS fulfill its mission of “Promoting and Enhancing a Safer School Community.” We are looking for powerful case studies, interesting stories, and practical insights that can help improve all aspects of school safety in Maryland. We require every presentation to provide actionable and practical takeaways that our attendees can bring back to their communities, schools, and school systems.
