The NICE 2021-22 planning committee is seeking timely, topical, and thought-provoking presentations for the annual conference and expo. The conference is an opportunity to bring together employers of cybersecurity practitioners and representatives from education, training, certification, and workforce development communities to promote collaboration and highlight effective and innovative approaches from industry, government, and academia.
This year’s theme, “Demystifying Cybersecurity: Integrated Approaches to Developing Career Pathways,” inspires presentations that takes a holistic view of cybersecurity risks that considers the dimensions of people, process, and technology and includes a comprehensive approach to the development of career pathway systems that address the lifecycle of a learner from early education through a life-long career in cybersecurity. By integrating approaches from across the larger cybersecurity education, training, and workforce community, effective practices and solutions can be shared in the development of multiple career pathways, regardless of academic, demographic, socio-economic, geographic, or professional background.
