In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxBend, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxBend event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
We are looking for people who have something special to say.
In 2020, we are exploring the idea of: IGNITE! We are looking for inspiring presenters who can captivate us with their message.
We are looking for diversity and difference in interpretation of this year’s theme that will create a vibrant program to be shared from the Red Circle in the fall. Ideas that are worth spreading, that will explore new concepts, expand and push boundaries, and engage curious and creative minds.
