In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).
We’re currently working hard behind the scenes at TEDx London to map out our 2021 events and define what these will look like, taking into account the uncertainties and implications of the current pandemic. We know many of you are keen to hear about our public Ideas Searches.
We highly recommend reading though our guidance below for advice on preparing your idea in advance. We’re also open to receiving expressions of interest and speaker recommendations throughout the year which we can revisit when curating future events and are interested in proposals related to:
