Education has been and will continue to be a primary focus as thousands will gather next year to learn new skills and the best practices that can be put into place at bowling centers and family entertainment centers around the world. In an effort of continuous improvement, we are again using the process in which educational speakers are selected for the upcoming Bowl Expo starting with a Call for Speakers.
Previously, the BPAA commissioned a third party research company to interview attendees to Bowl Expo from both small and large centers. The results of this research has helped guide us on the topics covered as well as the desired content within the sessions. We kick off at least one Educational day with a “Thought Leader” with the intent of challenging, motivating and inspiring attendees. The remaining educational sessions are branded as either a Game Changer which is intended to be a new product or service, or a Learning Lab which are intended to give attendees real world applications that can be put into practice at their respective locations.
