The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest human resource management association. SHRM is an individual membership organization, and our members include HR professionals, CEO’s, VP’s, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Consultants, and Legal Counsel. Nearly 40% have titles of director or above. Approximately 50% of members work in organizations with more than 500 employees, and approximately 35% percent are in manufacturing or service industries.
The MNSHRM State Council sponsors a two and a half day conference in October drawing 500-700 human resource professionals from the entire state of Minnesota and surrounding states.
The Minnesota conference programs committee strives each year to select a line-up of first-class speakers.
Many are nationally known, with the goal of allowing our attendees to hear and experience education, informative, innovative, and motivational speakers on a variety of topics.
